This is the Castel di San Angelo. It was built as a Mausoleum for Hadrian, but became a papal fortress and now it is a museum.

You can see Fr. Luke and Fr. Richard going across a bridge over the Tiber River.

This is the only obelisk from Egypt in Rome that does not have a cross on top of it. You can see this one in the Piazza Navona. It is in the middle of the Fountain of the Four Rivers.

Mobs and mobs of people are in the Piazza Navona. It is very much a popular tourist area for food and shopping.

This is the Quirinale Palace. It had been the residence of the popes, but it became the residence of the kings and then presidents of Italy after 1870.

The Quirinale Palace!

They left all of the papal decorations and carvings on the building when it was put to a more secular use.
